Grievance Settlements

08291 Tour 3; Robot; Higher level assignments shall be assigned to employees in the immediate work area before assigning employees outside the immediate work area; two applicable mail handlers shall each receive 3 hours of level 5 pay;

08715 Tour 3; Shop stewards shall be provided union time in spite of their overtime status;

09504 Tour 3; Afc Operators shall be canvassed (given an opportunity) for higher level assignments (equipment positions) when not operating the Afc.

09616 Tour 3; Fsm; higher level assignments shall be assigned to the employees in the immediate work area before assigning outside the immediate work area; applicable mail handlers shall receive 16 to 8 hours of level 5 pay;

09502 Tour 3; Incoming (outside) calls to the general clerk office (tour office) will not be censored or be denied to an employees on the work room floor.

09631 Tour 3; Part Time Regular mail handlers had their hours changed after a holiday posting; because of the late notification two Ptr mail handlers shall each receive 6 hours of premium pay;
