The Union has filed a Grievance complaining that the East Deck expeditor "sonny" has, for some time performed mail hander work by loading or unloading trucks; additionally, has used the electric jack.... Shop steward Joe Close requested back pay (18) at the overtime rate for all known hours worked. Joe and I requested help from the East Deck mail handlers to let us know when sonny performs mail handler work...
