19772 Tour one; Grievant issued a 7 Day Suspension for conduct unbecoming; issue resolved the suspension shall be modified to a letter of warning and to expire 11.16.2020.
19252 Tour one; Grievant issued a 14 Day Suspension for conduct unbecoming; issue resolved the suspension shall be modified to a 7 Day suspension and to expire on 2.5.2021.
20180 Tour one; Grievant issued a 14 Day Suspension for failure to follow instructions; issue resolved the suspension shall be modified to a 10 Day suspension and to expire on 2.5.2021.
19722 Tour three; in this issue the employee-MHA inquiry whether she was scheduled in for her holiday because the holiday schedule did not include her name; the supervisor informed the employee to follow the Holiday schedule and if her name does not appear she is excused from working. However, because she was excused from working and coupled with her rest day the MHA loss wages; issue resolved the MHA shall receive 7 hours of back pay.
20145 Tour three; in this issue an arrogant supervisor entered the Union office without the respect on knocking first before entering; issue resolved stating; knocking first in the Union office door prior to entering would be a sign of acting respectfully towards the Union.
20194 Tour one; the Service informed the Grievant that he had worked over 30 days and would be disallowed anymore overtime unless properly rested, Grievant lost 10 hours of overtime due to this unwise and illegal instruction; issue resolved the Grievant shall receive a lump sum payment of 10 hours of overtime pay.
20298, 20299 and 20300 Tour one; in this issue management permitted MHA’s to work overtime thereby bypassing employees on the early OTDL: issue resolved applicable employees on the before tour list-tour two shall receive a lump sum payment of 15 hours of overtime pay.
