19439 All Tours; the union had argued that line management fails to provide an employee with their copy of PS Form 1767-report of unsafe conditions or practices within their tour of duty; issue resolved the Service will comply with regulations that requires that an employee receives his or her copy of a 1767 within their tour.
19178 Tour three; in this issue the Service denied an employee after tour overtime-2 hour period; issue resolved the employee shall receive a lump sum payment of $160.
19452, 19432, and 19311 Tour three; the union argued that line management refused to permit an employee who reported late to work [within 30 minutes from his or her tour] an opportunity to extend their tour to make up for the lateness; issue resolved applicable employees who were denied a revised work schedule will receive lump sum payments.
18486 Tour three; in this issue the Union argued that an employee was treated poorly and felt threatened by the actions of the manager; issue resolved whereas; the Service recognizes that it must take allegations of violations of the Joint Statement on Violence and Behavior, Dignity and Respect in the work place seriously and conduct appropriate and timely investigations of any creditable threat or where creditable evidence of inappropriate conduct in violation of the Joint Statement exists. Upon request the Union will be provided the status of the investigation. Work related violence, harassment, intimidation, threats or bullying by anyone will not be tolerated.
19595 Tour one; in this ongoing issue the Service utilized a clerk to perform mail handler work; issue resolved the applicable witness shall receive a lump sum payment of $20.
19594 Tour one; Grievant was instructed to transport mails from the Robot to the dock, Union argued that the task is outside the description of the PIV operator of the Linear Sorter; issue resolve the PIV operator shall receive a lump sum payment of $30.
19617 and 19618 Tour one; the issue centers on postal management performing mail handler work; issue resolved the applicable witness shall receive lump sum payments.
19619 and 19620 Tour one; in this ongoing issue the Service utilized a clerk to perform mail handler work; issue resolved the applicable witness shall receive lump sum payment.
19642 Tour one; Grievant received a 7 day suspension for irregular attendance; issue resolved the 7 day suspension shall expire within nine  months from date of issue.
