Grievance Update-April 2019

19043 Tour one; in this issue the Union argued that mail handlers assistant-MHAs fell into or worked overtime, thereby bypassing employees on the before tour overtime desired list; issue resolved the Service will provide lump-sum payments to all applicable employees on tour twos OTDL equal to the amount bypassed.
