Grievance Update July 2019

19315 Tour one; in this issue the Service permitted a mail handler assistant to work or fall into an overtime status thereby bypassing employees on the before tour OTDL; issue resolved the next eligible employee on the OTDL shall receive a lump sum payment of 4 hours of overtime pay.

19328 through 19380-[19 cases]; in these cases the Union argued that line management to lead managers to clerks had performed mail handler work; issue resolved the applicable witnesses shall receive lump sum payments.
